1) Key points (please read)
By booking or attending, you agree that:
This is a physical outdoor obstacle event with inherent risks (mud, uneven ground, slips/falls, cold/wet weather).
Follow marshal instructions at all times. We can stop participation if it’s unsafe.
Ages 6–10 must be accompanied on the course by a Responsible Adult (18+) at the required ratio.
Ages 11–16 must have a Responsible Adult (18+) on site and contactable at all times.
No refunds and no transfers unless we cancel (or where the law requires otherwise).
There may be official photography/filming for safety and promotion.
2) Definitions
“You / Your” means the ticket holder and/or, where you book for a child, the parent/guardian responsible for that child.
“Child” means a participant aged 6–16.
“Responsible Adult” means a parent/guardian or nominated adult aged 18+ who accepts responsibility for a child.
“Force Majeure” means circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, flooding, land access restrictions, emergency services incidents, public authority restrictions, etc.).
3) Entry and eligibility
3.1 Booking information
You must provide true and accurate information when booking. We may cancel entries made using false details.
3.2 Age rules and supervision
Ages 6–16 are permitted to participate, subject to these Conditions of Entry.
Ages 6–10: must participate with a Responsible Adult on the course (see supervision ratio below).
Ages 11–16: must have a Responsible Adult (18+) on site for the full duration of their participation, contactable by phone and able to attend promptly if required by officials.
3.3 Supervision ratio (ages 6–10)
For children aged 6–10, the standard rule is:
1 Responsible Adult (18+) to a maximum of 4 children aged 6–10 on the course.
At certain obstacles or in certain conditions, marshals may require a tighter ratio or ask groups to take turns to ensure safe flow.
3.4 Fitness and participation
You confirm that you (and any child you register):
are fit and well enough to participate,
will take part within your limits, and
may skip any obstacle you do not feel comfortable completing.
If you have any health concerns, we recommend you seek medical advice before participating.
4) Event safety and conduct
4.1 Following instructions
You must follow all instructions from marshals, medical staff, and officials. This includes queueing, obstacle flow, and stopping if directed.

This is a family-friendly event. We may refuse entry or remove you from the Event for:

any conduct that risks injury to yourself, a child, or others.
4.3 Course conditions and risks
The course may include mud/wet surfaces, uneven ground, steep sections, low visibility areas, water features, and physical obstacles. Risks include (but aren’t limited to) slips, trips, falls, strains/sprains, bruising, and cold/wet exposure.
4.4 Prohibited items
We may prohibit items that create a safety risk (e.g., glass, drones without permission, tripods that block flow, sharp items, or anything officials reasonably consider hazardous).
No animals/pets on the course unless specifically authorised.
5) Removal from the Event (Ejection)
We may refuse entry or stop you participating if, in our reasonable opinion:
you are acting unsafely,

7.2 Changes to the Event
We may make reasonable changes to the Event, including start times, waves, obstacles, route, distance, and/or location, for safety or operational reasons.
